REPORT: Rob Gronkowski Is ‘Considering’ Coming Out Of Retirement And Returning To NFL

This is an absolute stunner.

According to Cecil Lammey of Denver Sports 104.3 The Fan, former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is considering coming out of retirement and return to the NFL.

This isn’t the first time Gronkowski came out of retirement. Back in 2019, after playing nine seasons with the New England Patriots, Gronkowski retired only to return in 2020 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to help them win Super Bowl LV with quarterback Tom Brady.

Lammey added to the report that the Denver Broncos are mentioned as a potential team that Gronkowski could join, citing his relationship with Sean Payton.

Gronkowski, 35, is considered one of the greatest tight ends of all-time, winning four Super Bowls and racking up 621 receptions for 9,286 yards and 92 touchdowns in his career.
